Issue

Administrator password required during installation.

Cause

Clipboard for Outlook requires Microsoft Framework .Net 4 and Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (VSTO). If these microsoft applications are not already installed on you computer, admin rights are required to install them.

Resolution

If you don't have admin rights on your computer, please contact your help desk for assistance installing the Better Faster application. See .Net Framework 4 failed to install support article for other known issues.
