How to Open a Support Case?
Trial Licenses will display "Evaluation" on the About form. During your trial, you may Ask the Community questions, but not open support cases.
Single License offers support cases for the first 90 days.
Volume Licenses have unlimited Support Cases.
A valid Single or Volume License Activation Code is required to open a Support Case.
Where to find the Better Faster product license activation code?
- Open Outlook
- Click on the Better Faster product ribbon bar.
- Click Help
- Click About
- Clicking the License Activation Code will display the Open Support Case button.
- Click Open Support Case to send an email to our support team.
