Sample templates have been included with Better Faster Clipboard for your use and enjoyment. Clipboard templates are provided ‘as-is’ without warranty or support of any kind. The following are recommended best practices when working with clipboard templates. Beware of copyright laws and only copy content you are authorized to do so.
If you plan to make significant or drastic changes to your clipboard template, you may wish to copy the existing clipboard to a new one. Make your changes to the new one, and then delete the old clipboard when you are satisfied with the new one.
Some templates contain complex HTML formatting. It is easy to make a change that cannot be simply undone. Pressing CTRL+Z within the editor will undo most changes before you save your clipboard. However, it's not easy to undo changes after it's been saved, so back up your clipboards often. Your clipboards are located at %APPDATA%\Better Faster Solutions\Better Faster Clipboard\MyClipboards\ and original sample clipboards can be found in %APPDATA%\Better Faster Solutions\Better Faster Clipboard\SampleClipboards
You should protect the privacy of your recipients. Enter your company email into the "To" field (usually the same email as the "From" email address) and enter your recipients email in the Blind Carbon Copy "BCC" field. This will hide your recipient's email address from each other. Send your new email clipboard to a coworker or friend to ensure they can view it properly before emailing it to a large group.

Creating a New Template
Here are a couple of shortcut methods to start a new clipboard template.- The easiest way to create a new template is to design & compose it in Microsoft Word, and then copy and paste it into clipboard.
- It's possible to copy a web page within a browser by pressing CTRL+A to select the web page, and then press CTRL+C to copy it. Switch to the Clipboard editor and press CTRL+V to paste it. This method also works for emails you have received.

Working with Images
Only web-hosted images will display for others if you plan to share your clipboards with your team (see How-To: Share my Clipboards). Pasting images from your computer into an email template will not display for others that share your clipboard. The best way to ensure that images will display for others is to drag and drop images from your web browser into the clipboard editor. See How-To Video: Email Clipboard for a demo. You may upload your custom images to a cloud service, like Google+, Dropbox.com, etc. It is recommended to send your email clipboard to a coworker or friend to ensure images display properly before emailing it to a larger audience.Save time with Find & Replace
